Deep Roots of Integrity

Our journey began in 2012 in Vietnam with our very first small shop. Instead of just setting up a temporary roadside cart, we chose to open a proper store where we could freely create. We poured every bit of our time and heart into creating unique sugarcane juice blends – sometimes blending sugarcane juice with refreshing coconut water or pennywort, other times mixing it with vibrant dragon fruit and strawberry. Turning a familiar drink into a whole new experience.

In 2018, as we laid our first bricks in the U.S., those roots had to grow even deeper in the face of new challenges. We spent countless sleepless nights working on:

  • Studying sugarcane varieties: Searching far and wide for sugarcane varieties with naturally clean sweetness that could meet rigorous standards for fresh juicing right at the counter.
  • Proprietary Sugarcane Juicer: Dedicated years to building our own ETL Sanitation-certified Commercial Heavy-Duty Sugarcane Juicer, ensuring absolute purity in every single cup.

Professional Operations: Perfecting our Farm-to-Cup model and Press-to-Order standard to demonstrate our true dedication to Vietnamese agricultural products done right.
